WE CARE AT THE SPECIAL OLYMPICS
At WeCare Industries, inclusion is deeply personal. Inspired by the bond between our founder Vickie Edwards and her sister Danell, who has developmental disabilities, we are proud to annually support Special Olympics Southern California through our Self-Care Booth at the Summer Games.
Our team provides athletes and their families with a welcoming space to relax, connect, and celebrate self-care. Participants can choose fun hairstyles, colorful braids, and grooming services that help them look and feel their best.
More than beauty, these moments represent confidence, dignity, and community. Dozens of volunteers come together to create an atmosphere filled with joy, laughter, and inclusion. Each interaction reminds us that everyone deserves to be seen, valued, and celebrated.
